The first victim, 19, was at 277 Eastern Parkway near Franklin Avenue along the parade route with his mother when he was stabbed at around 3:35 p.m., according to police.

Ten minutes later, a second man stumbled onto the parade route after being cut near Washington Ave, authorities said.

The first victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital. His condition was not immediately known, but cops said his injury was non-life-threatening. He was cooperating with police.

The second victim refused to give officers details about what happened.

Witnesses later described a chaotic aftermath.

“I saw people running, people was coming at me,” said one person who declined to give his name. “Then I saw the guy laid out. A young guy. Then I ran, too.”

Harole Johnson, a food vendor, told The Post that a fight appeared to break out just before the first victim was stabbed.

“A bunch of guys was fighting each other and everybody went running,” he said. “The band was going, the float.”

No arrests have been made in connection to either incident.
