Pouty Tyra Banks struts her stuff in a skintight white dress yesterday as she strides into the TV studios at Columbus Circle to tape a segment for “Larry King Live.” Banks — who famously instructs model-wannabes to “smile with your eyes” on her hit TV show, “America’s Next Top Model” — was apparently saving that particular strategy for the TV cameras, but still managed to look ravishing in her who-cares-if-it’s-almost-fall slinky sheath.
