A high-end eyewear designer whose frames are favored by celebs like Jay-Z and Lindsay Lohan says he’s been ripped off.

Robert Marc filed a $1 million trademark-infringement suit yesterday, claiming Brooklyn-based competitor Kimiko Ltd. illegally copied the “bar and dot” design of Marc’s “signature hinge.”

The designer’s suit demands that Kimiko hand over all the alleged knock-offs “for destruction.”

Kimiko owner Felix Bystritsky didn’t respond to requests for comment.
