Uma Thurman’s convicted stalker will remain behind bars after a Manhattan judge refused to toss out charges that he flouted a court order by trying to reach out to her again.

Judge Gregory Caro denied all defense motions to throw out felony charges against Jack Jordan, who was convicted in 2008 of stalking and harassing the “Pulp Fiction” actress.

Jordan, 39, was sentenced to three years probation and ordered not to contact her for five years.

But the DA claims Jordan called some of Thurman’s phone lines and demanded to speak to her twice in October.

Jordan’s defense team and prosecutors are discussing a potential plea deal, but haven’t reached any agreement as of today’s hearing.

Jordan was led into the courtroom in handcuffs. He was unshaven and unkempt and sat at the defense table with his eyes closed during the brief hearing.

Jordan remains behind bars on $500,000 bond.

Jordan’s attorney, Sam Roberts, said he is “still working on a number of options.”

“We’re upset in the judge’s decision to not drop the felony charges,” he said after the hearing. “I’m almost certain that [Jordan] would not plea to a felony charge.”
