A Bronx teen is suing a wedding hall and bridal shop, claiming they obtained photos of her with an uncle taken at her sweet 16 party — and made it look like they were getting married.

Katelyn Aviles, 17, said she felt “violated” when she discovered that fliers featuring photos of her embracing the uncle, Anthony Cabrera, at her sweet 16 party were being distributed at a local restaurant.

The picture was used in an ad for The Sanz banquet hall in Allerton and Margie’s Bridal, her lawyer said.

Aviles’ mother filed the suit for unspecified damages yesterday in Bronx Supreme Court.

The teen said the sweet 16 party wasn’t held at The Sanz and she doesn’t know how they got the pictures.

The teen said she was particularly upset by her friends’ reaction to the fliers.

“One person said, ‘Who’s that, your boyfriend?’ ” she said.

“I did a double take and said, ‘What are you, serious? That’s my uncle.’ ”

Aviles was especially hurt because she views the uncle as a father figure.

“He basically raised me,” she said.

Richard Sanz, who owns the banquet hall and the bridal shop, said, “This is crazy” when asked about the suit, but wouldn’t comment further.
