SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. — The United Nations secretary-general is scheduled to give a policy address at a New Jersey college.
Seton Hall University is awarding Ban ki-Moon an honorary degree Monday as part of a forum on diplomacy and international relations.
Ban is expected to give a policy address at the South Orange campus that will outline the seven-part U.N. agenda for the current year.
The Korean-born Ban became the eighth secretary-general of the United Nations on Jan. 1, 2007.
