The estranged husband of a Manhattan-based UN worker who died in the 2010 Haiti earthquake is warring with her six siblings over her estate.

Simone Trudo died at 52 when she was trapped in the rubble of an office building belonging to the French UN representative in the Caribbean nation, Trudo’s brother, Eddy, told The Post.

He’s the only sibling who lives in the United States — the rest are in Martinique.

Trudo left behind an apartment in Mahattan’s Inwood section and other assets totaling $400,000, but she never wrote a will.

Alexander Ayite, whom Trudo married in 1994, is suing to get her estate.

Her brothers and sisters filed suit in Manhattan Surrogate’s Court, saying it should go to them.

Trudo’s UN pension, from 15 years of service in Europe, Africa and finally Haiti, went to her husband.
