An undercover Nassau County cop shot and killed a man in Queens after chasing him from Long Island on Tuesday, police sources said.

The shooting happened around 5 p.m. in Queens Village when the Nassau cop was pursuing a suspect, the sources said.

It was unclear how the shooting went down, and Nassau County Police could not confirm the incident.

The NYPD was on the scene since it unfolded inside city limits — but referred calls to Nassau. No NYPD officers were involved in the shooting, officials said.

Queens DA will handle the investigation, sources said.
