Speaking at a massive rally City Hall yesterday, a municipal union leader warned City Council members that they risk the wrath of organized labor at election time if they don’t block budget cuts proposed by Mayor Bloomberg.

“They may get away with it until the next election,” District Council 37 chief Lillian Roberts said. “But I’m going to work like hell to get them the hell out if they don’t do the right thing.”
