The father who leaped to his death from the window of his luxury 16th-floor Upper West Side apartment was identified yesterday as Michael Scott Barratt, a successful architect.

The 53-year-old architect gained some notoriety for his design of Avon’s $100 million glass-sheathed research and development center in Suffern, NY, which opened in 2005.
