State Sen. Greg Ball (R-Putnam) has no problem with torturing Boston terrorist suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

“So, scum bag #2 in custody. Who wouldn’t use torture on this punk to save more lives?” Ball tweeted Friday.
