ALBANY — The agreement between Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio to bridge the MTA’s $11 billion budget gap has prompted two lawmakers to join upstate officials in calling for their “fair share” of funds for local roads and bridges.

Assemblyman Phil Palmesano (R-Corning) and Sen. Tom O’Mara (R-Big Flats) complained that if Cuomo could come up with billions for downstate, they want funding for roads in the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier.
