An upstate man was busted early today after cops found $15,000 in heroin in his car, authorities said.
New York State Police said John Robles, 34, of Middletown was a passenger in a 1997 Nissan when it was pulled over on the state thruway in Rockland County.
Robles had 600 “decks” of heroin, worth $15,000 on the street, and a bludgeon-type weapon, according to The Journal News.
Robles was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
Cops said Robles was to be arraigned later today in Clarkstown Town Court.
