The club-trolling sex fiend, who killed an aspiring Brooklyn dancer, will rot behind bars for at least two decades, an Orange County judge ruled today.

Michael Mele of Wallkill, who pleaded guilty in January to the manslaughter death of Laura Garza, was sentenced to 23 years in state prison by Judge Nicholas DeRosa.

The 25-year-old Garza vanished in 2008 after Mele picked her up in at Marquee nightclub in Chelsea.

Mele will be eligible for parole in 20 years, though prosecutors vowed to keep him locked up for the full term.

“I do not know how to judge you, but you are a coward,” Garza’s heartbroken mom Elizabeth Esquivel told Mele.

“Don’t hide behind the skirts of your mother. May God forgive you.”

Esquivel cried throughout today’s hearing and spoke lovingly about her “little Laura” and “my angel.”

She frequently glared at Mele, who kept his head down.

The clean-shaved Mele, dressed in dark blue suit and sporting a buzz cut, was shackled in court as six officers stood between him the gallery.

Brother Ivan Garza said his family’s life will never be the same.

“This person has destroyed our lives. I realize nothing will be able to heal me, my brother, mother, my wife,” he said.

“We have all suffered things we feel in our own hearts. My mother cannot work anymore, her health is not good, she suffers from deep depression, all because of this person.”

Ivan Garza said his only comfort is knowing Mele will be caged, away from society, for at least 20 years.

“The only thing that will make me feel better is that in the next 23 years there will be one less mean person on the street,” he said.

“What you did to her has no pardon. I will never forgive you. You are also going to pay for what you did.”

Garza dreamed of a career in dance, as either a performer or teacher. She moved to Brooklyn from the Texas border town of McAllen, five months before she disappeared.

Surveillance camera captured Garza leaving Marquee early on Dec. 3. 2008, with parolee Mele, who had several sex-offense convictions, many for approaching women while masturbating.

Mele drove Garza north in his Infiniti SUV and she was never seen alive again.

Her body was found in April, 2010 by ATV riders near Scranton, Pa., about 85 miles west of Wallkill.

Mele said he killed Garza during an argument, sparked by her seeing photos of him with his girlfriend.
