A man wanted for armed robbery of a post office was arrested today in Queens after firing two shots at law enforcement officers, authorities said.

The US Marshals Service executed a warrant on the fugitive, who has not been named, near the intersection of 144th Terrace and 175th Street in St. Albans at about 9 a.m.

That’s when someone inside the home where the fugitive was hiding fired two shots.

No one was injured.

It is unclear who fired the bullets.

Two men were taken into federal custody, including the fugitive.
