A Virginia man staying at a trendy bed and breakfast in the heart of gentrified Harlem was shot dead yesterday around midnight during a dispute with a pal, law-enforcement sources said.

The victim, Angelo Brown, 23, along with two men and a woman, were staying at Harlem Bed and Breakfast at 54 W. 120th St. in Mount Morris Park, sources said.

Brown was pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital.

Cops were looking for a white Cadillac Escalade with Virginia plates, sources said.

The B&B is a hot spot for tourists drawn to historic Harlem attractions.
