A Bronx thug tied to the shooting of 15-year-old Vada Vasquez treated his arraignment yesterday like a comedy act rather than a court date.
Clivie Smith, 19, one of the five men charged in the November shooting, had pleaded not guilty and was being taken away when he spotted two pals.
“What up, man?” he shouted.
Then, feigning fear, he cried “Daddy!” — eliciting uproarious laughter.
