A homeless man was arrested Thursday in the rape of a 52-year-old woman who was attacked early Aug. 17 in an outdoor Bedford-Stuyvesant stairwell.

Kareem David broke two of the victim’s teeth in the attack on the stairs leading to the basement of a building on Lefferts Place, police said.

David, 28, allegedly threatened to shoot the woman, although he never displayed a gun.

Police had released two surveillance videos of the attacker since the crime was first reported.

David was awaiting arraignment early Friday.
