Police on Monday nabbed the vandal who allegedly urinated on two religious statues before smashing them to the ground outside a Brooklyn church, officials said Monday.
Andrew Osheky was charged with two counts of criminal mischief as a hate crime, two counts of criminal mischief related to property damage, aggravated harassment and urinating in public.
Osheky was caught on video in the wee hours of Dec. 2 in front of Our Lady of Consolation Roman Catholic Church on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg.
After relieving himself, the footage shows the 28-year-old suddenly push one angel statue to the ground, partially smashing it. He does the same to the second statue, then calmly walks away.
