The celeb vegan restauranteur done in by a Dominos cheese pizza following a year on the lam continues to anxiously mull a plea deal that would land her behind bars for six months.

A fidgety Sarma Melngailis, former owner of the star-studded Pure Food and Wine, sat shaking in her chair during her brief Wednesday appearance before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun.

Before entering the courtroom well, friends were overheard consoling the nervous waif, and continually telling her to “keep breathing.”

After the case was adjourned, the 44-year-old blond rushed out and collapsed into friends arms, hugging them and quickly leaving the courthouse.

At her last appearance, judge Chun offered the raw vegan chef six months in jail and five years’ probation, over prosecutors’ objections. She faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted at trial.

The couple were discovered shacked up in a Tennessee motel a year later, after her hefty husband ordered pizza and wings from a nearby Dominos.

Strangis admitted to stealing the dough last month in exchange for a year in jail and five years. He’ll walk free in May after spending the past 12 months behind bars during the pendency of his case.

Melngailis is also slotted to return to court in May, and declined comment as she left court.
