A creepy coffee-cart vendor with a long rap sheet was busted after he followed a 14-year-old schoolgirl near Columbus Circle and tried to lure her into his van, police said yesterday.

Anthony Twitty, 40, approached the girl on West 59th Street as she was heading to school shortly after 8:30 a.m. March 5, according to cops. Twitty, who served two years in prison on an attempted-assault charge, allegedly asked the teen if she wanted a job at his coffee cart, along with $300 to buy a cellphone.

Twitty, who lives in The Bronx, then nudged the girl with his shoulder toward an isolated area where a red minivan was parked, saying, “You wanna warm up? Come inside my van,” police said.

The girl sprinted to Martin Luther King HS, where she is a student, and told teachers. Twitty was arrested about an hour later.
