Westchester’s Democratic-controlled Legislature has overridden all 27 of Republican County Executive Rob Astorino’s line-item vetoes in the 2012 budget.

The Legislature yesterday restored funds for neighborhood health centers, day-care subsidies, an arts group and four jobs on the Board of Elections.
