Two dimwitted thieves who bound, blindfolded and robbed a Manhattan senior were nabbed after the victim escaped and called cops.

Rakeem Frazier and Joshua Moody, both 21, were arrested Sunday while trying to slink out the rear door of Horace Donnell’s Lenox Avenue building in Harlem, prosecutors said.

Frazier and Moody, armed with a sword, barged into Donnell’s apartment at 6 a.m., prosecutors said.
