A man smashed the front windshield of a Bronx MTA bus with a scooter, new video released by police shows. 

Video released late Thursday shows the suspect riding up alongside the bus on Lafayette Avenue in Soundview around 11 a.m. Dec. 18, stopping in front of it, and winding up his arm before delivering a single blow — causing the window to shatter. 

He then took off on his scooter, cops said. 

The 56-year-old bus driver, who was struck with debris, was taken to Jacobi Medical Center for minor injuries to his eyes. 

The suspect is described as about 30 to 35 years old, around 5-foot-6 and was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
