Brooklyn transit worker John Hockenjos, accused of forcing a cop to leap for his life by speeding into a driveway, was cleared yesterday after surveillance video showed Officer Diego Palacios’ claim to be a sham.

Hockenjos, 55, praised The Post for bringing attention to the case.

“We are very thankful,” he said.
