A surveillance video shown in court yesterday shows the Brooklyn man who claims cops sodomized him with a police baton in a Flatbush subway station walking normally, showing no signs of pain, just moments after the incident.

“Is anyone holding you up at that point?” defense lawyer Stuart London asked Michael Mineo as London pointed to surveillance video taken from a Popeye’s restaurant on Flatbush Avenue on Oct. 15, 2008. “You seem to be walking fine, don’t you?”

Toward the end of the video, Mineo, 25, is seen doubling over and walking with the aid of a friend.

Officer Richard Kern, 26, is accused of assaulting Mineo with the retractable baton, and Officers Andrew Morales, 27, and Alex Cruz, 28, are charged with helping cover up the incident.
