A Brooklyn straphanger captured dramatic cell phone video on Thursday which showed riders desperately trying to stop a subway train before it could hit a man passed out on tracks.

Liliana Vicente was waiting for a Q train at the Avenue H station in Flatbush when she spotted an unconscious man slumped over in tracks below.

“Sir? Sir, please wake up,” Vicente could be heard yelling. “Sir! Please wake up! Sir, wake up!”

She and other riders got the attention of the oncoming Q train’s operator and it stopped short of the station.

“My God,” Vicente said. “Thank God the train has stopped.”

Riders eventually hoisted the man to safety. Firefighters arrived soon after to treat the man, who had regained consciousness.
