Newly released footage shows just how unstable FDNY pension boss Stephen Cassidy was when he crashed his government car while allegedly under the influence Tuesday night.
The video, tweeted out by a Fox 5 reporter Thursday, captures Cassidy stumbling and swaying on the Midtown sidewalk as onlookers hold him upright.
Cassidy, the former longtime head of the firefighters’ union, was charged with DWI — and possession of a controlled substance, after cops say they found cocaine in his wallet.

He was fired from his job as executive director of the New York City Fire Pension Fund following the bust.
