Disturbing video released by police captures the moment a gunman pumps a bullet into a teenager’s back in Brooklyn.

The 18-year-old victim was walking on Humboldt Street near Montrose Avenue with another person at around 1:45 a.m. Monday morning, police said.

The gunman, wearing a black hoodie and a dark jacket, creeps up behind the man and shoots him once in the lower back, surveillance footage released by cops Tuesday night shows.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, police said.

It’s not clear if the attack is related to an ongoing beef, since the victim is so far uncooperative with investigators, authorities said.
