Surveillance video shows the moment a Bronx hit-and-run driver plowed into a 78-year-old woman walking with a pushcart.

The frightening incident occurred at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the ShopRite on Bruckner Boulevard near White Plains Road in Soundview, police said.

The footage shows the senior citizen tumble to the ground after a man driving a light-colored Honda Odyssey minivan veers into her while turning left.

The driver momentarily stops and opens his door before zooming off as the victim rolls around on the asphalt, the footage shows.

The woman was taken to Jacobi Hospital with pain and bruising to her left leg. She has since been released.

The driver is still in the wind, cops said.
