An explosion inside a trash can at a Midtown subway station on Monday sent several people — including two cops — scrambling for cover.
The mini-blast occurred at the Times Square-42nd Street subway station and was captured on video by a passing straphanger.
“Oh f—k,” Instagram user kenyettie says in the footage as something inside the can blows up. “Holy s–t,” he adds.
Nobody was injured by the blast, authorities said.
Two cops and a woman with two children were next to the can when it exploded and darted away from after it ignited, the video shows.
The witness who shot the video said in another Instagram post that he began recording after he saw smoke coming from inside the trash can.
