Disturbing surveillance video released by police on Saturday shows a car slam into a woman at a Brooklyn intersection — and send her flying into the air.

The white sedan was traveling south on Bushwick Avenue near Kossuth Place in Bushwick just after midnight when the driver struck a 30-year-old woman who was walking in the crosswalk, police said.

The impact takes the woman off her feet, and sends her near a parked car just past the opposite crosswalk — more than a dozen feet away.

She was rushed to Kings County Hospital with severe head trauma, officials said.

The driver, who remained at the scene, had a green light when the incident unfolded, police said.

No arrests have been made.
