Surveillance footage captures the moment an innocent mom was shot in the leg as she pushed her toddler in a stroller in the Bronx Thursday night.
The footage, obtained by the Post, shows the startled woman suddenly jumping away from the stroller and hobbling on one leg. She then returns to the stroller, seemingly to check if her daughter was OK.
Then she appears to ask passersby for help — before one good Samaritan stops and wraps her leg.
A 26-year-old mother was struck by a stray bullet in Marble Hill.
Police believe the unknown suspect fled on foot following the shooting.
The mother was taken to a local hospital after she was shot in the thigh.
She was helped by good Samaritans before being taken to a hospital.
Another person joins, helping to walk her to a car, as others look on.
The mother was struck in the thigh during the shooting, which unfolded just before 6 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway and West 225th Street in Marble Hill, cops said. Her child was unharmed.
The woman was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
