Cops yesterday nailed a second suspect in last month’s shooting of a 25-year-old production assistant on “The View.”

Kenneth Brown of Brooklyn was charged with the attempted murder of Lourdes Guillen on April 30.

She was trying to break up a late-night dispute between Brown, 29, and her cousin at a Bushwick bodega when Michael Dawkins — who was arrested May 9 — allegedly shot her in the stomach.

He was also charged with attempted murder.

Guillen has since recovered from her wounds and returned to work on the show.
