Flashing his trademark smile, and looking every inch the veteran politician, City Councilmember Vincent Gentile was inaugurated to his second term with a pomp-filled induction in Bay Ridge.

Gentile was installed as representative of the 43rd Councilmanic District by Rep. Michael McMahon during a full court ceremony at Christ Church, 7301 Ridge Boulevard.

Gentile was first elected in a special 2003 election, and was re-elected to his first full term in 2005. His district includes Bath Beach, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst and Dyker Heights.
