A fan of New York City’s hottest celebrity — a rodent whose struggle to maneuver a slice of pizza down the subway stairs went viral – has unveiled an adorable tribute to the plucky critter: a Pizza Rat plushy.
Tina Trachtenburg, who is known for selling pigeon and urban vermin sculptures in parks, first posted a photo of the cuddly plushy on Twitter simply with the hasthtag #pizzarat, Vanishing New York reported.
She later posted an inspirational video of the toy mimicking the real-life Pizza Rat.
Trachtenburg said fans can catch a sneak peak at her creation in Union Square on Friday, but provided no additional details.
It is unknown if the toy will be for sale.
