A Supreme Court judge and former top aide to disgraced Brooklyn political boss Vito Lopez was busted for driving drunk near Albany, cops said.

Justice Carl Landicino was arrested at about 4 p.m. last Thursday after he was spotted driving aggressively on I-87 in Colonie, cops said.

He was returning from a legal conference in Saratoga Springs.

The 47-year-old jurist allegedly failed a field sobriety test.

Landicino, who lives in suburban Yorktown Heights, refused to submit to a blood test, cops said.

He was arraigned and is due back in court Oct. 29.

Before Landicino was elected to the bench last year, he was counsel to the Brooklyn Democratic Party.

Lopez, an Assemblyman, led the Brooklyn party organization until August, when he resigned over allegations he sexually harassed young female staffers in his Assembly office.

One of Landicino’s jobs with the party was to sue candidates Lopez wanted to keep off the ballot.

He also represented Brooklyn Supreme Court justice Jack Battaglia in a $1 million lawsuit suit over a courthouse slip and fall.
