Two Swedish businessmen dodged the threat of a sexual-abuse trial after a New York judge yesterday dismissed charges that they molested a 19-year-old Texan at the W Hotel.

Niklas Adalberth, 30, and Jens Saltin, 31, were arrested earlier this month after the unidentified teen told cops the pair had ripped off her clothes and fondled her after partying at the hotel on East 50th Street and Lexington Avenue.

The DA’s office asked Judge Alexander Tisch to toss the criminal charges because they couldn’t “prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.”
