Waiters at the famed Greenwich Village restaurant Da Silvano filed a class-action lawsuit Friday against the eatery’s namesake owner, Silvano Marchetto, for paying them for fewer hours than they worked and forcing them to share their tips with managers.

“Despite their widely publicized success, defendants abuse their wait staff,” the Manhattan federal court lawsuit states.

“Mr. Marchetto’s wage theft is patently outrageous,” said the waiters’ lawyer, Maimon Kirschenbaum.

Marchetto brushed off any complaints that he underpaid workers.

“They got paid correctly, like everybody else,” he told the Post, adding that his restaurant doesn’t even have managers.
