An illegal cabdriver shoved a cop who told him to move his car outside the Waldorf-Astoria and drove off Saturday — but was arrested after foolishly returning to the hotel three days later looking for more fares, police sources said yesterday.

Altin Nicaj, 35, who has 13 prior arrests, turned up again outside the Waldorf at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, and was quickly arrested and charged with reckless endangerment.
