ISLANDIA — A Walmart employee on Long Island was arrested on charges he sexually abused a boy in a store bathroom.

Police say Matthew Bulmer lured the 5-year-old child into the bathroom on Saturday night. The boy’s mother was in the store at the time.

Bulmer, a 22-year-old from Islip Terrace, is to be arraigned later Sunday.

He was arrested at the store in Islandia and charged with first-degree sex abuse and acting in a manner to injure a child.

Authorities did not immediately know whether Bulmer has an attorney.
