A mischievous 4-year-old Brooklyn boy gave his mom a scare yesterday morning when he wandered from their East New York home — only to be reunited with her about an hour later.

Raymond Anthony slipped out of the family’s Shepherd Avenue home as the mother became distracted changing the diaper of another sibling, sources said.

The boy got about two blocks when several women found him wandering near Pitkin Avenue and Berriman Street.

The women and responding cops eventually identified him and got his address.
