Something’s fishy at the Water Club.

Comptroller John Liu reported yesterday that the well-known restaurant, which has a lease with the city, didn’t record all its cash sales at a rooftop bar called the Crow’s Nest.

The restaurant responded by saying it was upgrading its security systems, adding that dishonest bartenders are “endemic to this business.”
