Cops rescued a suicidal 400-pound man from the choppy, frigid waters off Staten Island yesterday.

The unidentified man escaped from a nearby group home and dived fully clothed into the water at 10:40 a.m., sources said. “We were able to drag him back to shore,” said Sgt. Anthony Lisi.
