Anthony Weiner wants to bring shopkeeper-summons courts to the people.

The mayoral hopeful yesterday pitched the idea of “mobile adjudication vans” that would visit neighborhood shopping strips once or twice a month to allow merchants to contest fines without having to leave their store for a day.

In a stop at Avenue U in Brooklyn, the disgraced former congressman said, “It is clear that there is a ticket blitz going on.”

“If a person writing a summons knows that they’re going to have to come back to that neighborhood shopping strip and defend the summons, they’re going to be more careful,” he added.
