Anthony Weiner isn’t just getting dinged up on the campaign trail.

The mayoral hopeful got into a three-car fender-bender yesterday morning on the FDR Drive, according to his spokeswoman and the Fire Department.

“There was a chain-reaction car accident,” said spokeswoman Barbara Morgan. “All are OK. Anthony is appreciative to the FDNY and EMS for their quick and expert response.”

“It took them an hour to clear it up — there were tons of traffic,” said a construction worker working nearby.
