A Westchester man was charged on Thursday for allegedly killing his 8-week-old son last January, officials said.

Kevin Holloway, 41, was indicted on reckless assault and manslaughter charges in connection with the child’s death, according to the Westchester County District Attorney

The baby died inside their Dobbs Ferry home on Jan. 22, 2018 after suffering severe injuries, the DA said.

“The injuries to the inside of the baby’s head and brain were consistent with acute abusive head trauma and caused the infant’s death,” Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. said in a statement.

Holloway’s attorney called the allegations false and said Holloway would never harm his children.

“Kevin Holloway is an incredibly loving father who has never and would never harm his children,” high-profile defense attorney attorney Joe Tacopina told The Post.

“This is not a case I would be involved in if I did not believe in his innocence.”
