SARANAC LAKE, NY — An Adirondack village will have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to park a new firetruck in its firehouse.

The Adirondack Daily Enterprise newspaper reports that it wasn’t until the new truck arrived at Saranac Lake that firefighters discovered it was too tall to fit inside the building.
