Hold your horses!

Manhattan’s West Side turned into the Wild West yesterday after a horse prancing near Broadway and 110th Street in a Federation of Black Cowboys event got loose from a cowgirl and took off at around 5 p.m.

“It must have scared the hell out of a jogger or two. One lady told me she heard some screaming,” said Ragu Kanimalla, 22, who was walking along Riverside Drive when he saw “about two dozen cops coming out of the park . . . with a horse.”

The jittery animal was corralled at Riverside and West 115th Street.
