The Queens widow who lost a $3 million wrongful-death lawsuit after her husband died following a kidney transplant from a donor with uterine cancer is now suing her lawyer.

Kimberly Liew claims Robert Spevack took two years to file suit against just NYU Medical Center and not other key parties.

“We expect this to be dismissed,” Spevack said.
